How do I request a return?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Which items are eligible for returns?
Eligible products may be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging within seven days of delivery.
Are customised gifts returnable?
Customised gifts, personalised products, pooja items, and earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
When will my refund arrive?
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method after inspection, usually within five to seven business days.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we arrange a replacement or refund after receiving your delivery evidence.
